Mình đã thay thế pháp nhân cũ (Gifts Great), sửa đổi email, số điện thoại, địa chỉ kho và pháp nhân công ty (Business Entity) tại Mỹ. Ngoài ra, tại SECTION 15 (Governing Law), mình đã điều chỉnh lại bang áp dụng sang Nevada (hoặc Florida tùy bạn chọn, ở đây mình ưu tiên theo địa chỉ Store Address là Nevada) để đồng bộ với thông tin đăng ký trên hệ thống của bạn.

Vibestitch operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. Please read these Terms of Service carefully. By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use or access our Services.

To use the Services, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address, billing, payment, and shipping information. You represent and warrant that all the information you provide is correct, current, and complete. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all of your account activity.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS (PRINT-ON-DEMAND DISCLAIMER)

We operate on a Print-on-Demand (POD) model. This means that every product is uniquely made to order just for you.

  • Color & Design Variations: We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, please note that computer monitors display colors in RGB, while our printing process uses CMYK. Because of this, actual printed colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. Furthermore, slight variations in design placement may occur during the custom printing process. We do not warrant that the physical product will be a 100% exact match to the digital mockup.

  • All descriptions of products and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Because our products are made-to-order, your order is automatically sent to our production facility shortly after it is placed.

  • Cancellations/Modifications: If you need to cancel or change your order (e.g., shipping address, size, or color), you must contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. Once production has started, we cannot cancel, modify, or refund the order.

  • Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal use and not for commercial resale.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed. Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, customs, or import charges. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Because all items are made-to-order, please distinguish between Production Time and Shipping Time.

  • Production Time: It typically takes a few business days to print and quality-check your item before it is shipped.

  • Shipping Time: This is the time it takes for the carrier to deliver the package after production is finished.

All delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Services, including all trademarks, text, images, designs, and graphics, are owned by Vibestitch, its affiliates, or licensors, and are protected by intellectual property laws. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any portion of the Services or our designs without our prior written consent.

SECTION 7 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS & TOOLS

The Services may contain materials, tools, and hyperlinks to websites operated by third parties. We provide access to these tools "as is" and without warranties. We are not liable for any harm or damages related to your access to third-party websites or your purchase/use of any third-party products.

SECTION 8 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Vibestitch is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Vibestitch. You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and us. You hereby expressly release Shopify from all claims arising from your transactions with Vibestitch.

SECTION 9 - PRIVACY POLICY

All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify also collects and processes personal information to provide the platform.

SECTION 10 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, and availability.
